my practice

my bodywork sessions are unique to the individual on the day of the session. virtual modalities are different from in person bodywork, please book for the type of session you desire. i have an LMT degree in medical massage from NAMTHS in PA 2002, an LMT Chinese medicine degree from Pacific College in NY 2011, am a master Reiki practitioner, and a Registered Nurse 2018 currently getting my NP in psychiatry to build an Integrative medicine private practice 2025. i am board certified as a holistic RN and currently practice in the fields of Integrative Medicine inpatient and gender affirming surgery at an inpatient hospital in NYC. my private practice reflects a unique combination of these teachings. i have also learned from many teachers outside of institutions and collaborate with your body to determine which tools are utilized during a hands on session. i see this work as a listening to the story of the pathways of your tissue, and supporting, releasing and balancing when needed. we will review physical, emotional and spiritual findings after the session and discuss tools utilized and suggested. i offer a sliding scale for folks to access my practice as i do not currently take insurance. i work to keep our collaboration accessible under the oppressions of capitalism. this scale also honors the decades of studying and degrees i have acquired, and to pay off the debt i have in the process of acquiring them. let us find the balance together in respect and honor of this work, our work together and these lineages of teachings. i acknowledge the systems that create economic imbalance and invite us all to look at the impact of racism, classism, abelism, sexism, and gender violence and how it lives in our bodies. i invite us all to witness ourselves to understand our class privilege as we make choices to support small businesses and support our bodies and fellow community members. paying on a higher scale will support someone who may not have the means. i work to prioritize QTPOC and BIPOC when scheduling however all are welcome.
