massage
a table bodywork/massage session is a collaborative conversation with your body. a session begins with a trauma-informed health history intake to access your physical, spiritual, and emotional states, embodied pasts and present to adapt the session to your unique needs. the table work may consist of physical modalities such as: medical massage, swedish, trigger point therapy, prenatal, postnatal, cranio-sacral, scar tissue release, deep tissue, Thai massage, reflexology, shiatsu, tui-na, reiki and acupressure. (often, spiritual guidance joins us in session. if you would like to go deeper, please sign up for a channeled counseling session). i believe current and past lifetime stagnation can be hidden in the tissue. at the conclusion of the session- we move into “aftercare,” empowering you to continue our work together with take-home adaptable tools between sessions.

nurse coaching
a consultation may include: reviewing medical diagnostics, upcoming surgeries or procedures, or stuck traumas from a holistic nursing perspective. I practice integrative health modalities in tandem with pharmacology & surgery. protocols may include: PMR- progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, body-talk, or somatic integration.

channeled counseling
these sessions offer spiritual support by way of direct channeling from Spirit via the calling in of your and my guides. this guidance may work on a physical and celluar level to unblock stagnation as an ally toward balancing the systems. this can show up in the form of moving energies no longer serving you or are stuck onto you, or used to connect to guidance on another plane. a direct channel to Spirit, this modality is effective for any medical condition and excellent for restoration to balance polarities or gain awareness around next steps.

in connection with our ancestors, Spirit and in right-relation with the earth, i offer ritual for moments in our lives of monument or threshold. balance and bless the energy of a new home, clear out unwanted spirits, ritualize conclusions and endings, revolutions around the sun birthdays, commitment ceremony and officiating (yes i have a license!), transitional life changes, the welcoming in of a new being, transitioning a loved one into another plane, taking pause for grief holding and witnessing, body shifts and re-calibrations, naming ceremonies for all ages. these sessions call forward the work of deep listening and guidance from Spirit, offering wisdom and protection to support you moving in the next right way with more clarity. together we will work to mark time, to bear witness, and create a monument.
