a written score learned by the dancers the week prior, and performed at Judson 01.29.18.

this experiment seeded from my proximity to the dying body as I was in my final stages of training to become a nurse. stemming from spiritual practices of death rituals within my bloodline while looking at contemporary practices in the hospital setting, these 15 dancers received written scores a few days prior to this event, and engaged the score for the first time together in front of an audience at Judson Memorial Church, NY, January 2018.
